PRIVATE DEMO BOOTH RENTALS

Looking to host a unique get together at the Fair to watch the Demo Derbies? Private Viewing Booths available for rent for up to twenty guests.

** FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY DEMO BOOTHS ARE SOLD OUT **

Private Demo Booth Rental Additional Information:
  • DEPOSITS for Booths Rentals will begin on Friday May 9, 2025 at 10am ONLINE ONLY
  • Rental fee includes designated booth with twenty (20) chairs & twenty (20) wristbands per day for your guests to access your booth
  • Does not include General Admission ticket(s) to the Fair; Admission tickets to the Fair are scheduled to go on sale, Tuesday, July 1st exclusively on 3countyfair.com
  • Booths are available to rent on a single event day or multi-event days basis
  • Rental fee is $400 per booth per event day
  • $100 per booth non-refundable deposit required to confirm your rental
  • All booths must be paid in full by August 8
  • All booths are assigned at the fair management’s discretion as to which booth you are assigned
  • Children Age 3 & under do not need wristbands
  • Renters must be able to pick up wristbands beginning on Monday, August 18-Thursday, August 28 at the Fair office during normal business hours
  • Lost or misplaced wristbands can not be replaced
  • Access to your booth is allowed two (2) hours prior to event start time
  • Only alcohol purchased from the Fair can be brought into your Demo Booth

Friday, August 29th beginning at 7pm:
SUV & Minivan Demo Derby & 4-6 Cylinder Stock Compact Derby

Saturday, August 30th beginning at 5pm:
Enduro Racing & School Bus Demo

Sunday, August 31 beginning at 7pm:
Youth Demo Derby, Lawn Mower Racing & 4-6-8 Cylinder Derby

Monday, September 1 beginning at 2pm:
Enduro Racing & School Bus Demo Derby

DEMO BOOTH RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

•Booths are available to rent on a single day or multi-day basis; rental fee is $400 per day
•$100 per booth non-refundable deposit required to reserve your rental to be paid by credit card
•All booths must be paid in full by Friday, August 8th by calling the office (remaining amount can be paid with cash, check or credit card)
•All booths are assigned at the Fair Management’s discretion
